【摘要】 应用激光一血卟啉治疗肿瘤技术中,活体组织内光场的分布直接影响光辐照治疗的有效性。摸清分布规律才能正确决定最佳的血卟啉药物剂量、浓度,辐照光的强度和相应的时间剂量。本文利用双光纤测量系统,对活体组织中光辐射分布的规律进行了实验研究,文中给出极坐标光辐射分布曲线和衰减曲线,并作了相应的讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 In utilizing Laser-Hpd for tumor diagnosis and treatment,the distribution of light field in the tissue vivo,has directly determined the efficiency of PRT Finding out the distributive characteristic and pattern of light would correctly pick and choose the best dose of Hpd drug,concentration photoradiation intensity and corresponding time dose,the paper states that we have made experimental investigation on the light distributive characteristic and pattern in the vivo tissue, using the double febre measurement system designed and made up by ourself,the photoradiative distributive curves attenuation curves,on the polar coordinates, and the results of the corresponding discussion are given in the paper.更多还原
