甲苯侧链烷基化沸石催化剂 Ⅰ.研制及反应性能
Zeolite Catalysts for Sidechain Alkylation of Toluene I. Catalyst Preparation and Reaction Characteristics
【摘要】 通过对自行制备的几个系列沸石催化剂在甲醇-甲苯侧链烷基化反应中的评价,发现在KX、KY、KM和KZSM-5中,KX的活性和选择性最佳。在不同碱金属阳离子交换的X型沸石中,甲苯侧链烷基化反应的活性和选择性随沸石中碱金属阳离子的半径增大而增高。对碱金属阳离子交换的X型沸石进一步改质研究发现,单独添加H3BO3或KOH改质均有其局限性,而同时添加H3BO3和KOFI效果最佳。对KX进行适当改质后,可使苯乙烯和乙苯总产率成倍增加,而C?X亦可提高50%.
【Abstract】 A series of potassium exchanged zeolite catalysts, namely KX, KY, KMand KZSM-5 for side chain alkylation of toluene with methanol, have been prepared. Among them, KX was found to exhibit the highest activity and selectivity. The activity and selectivity of catalyst prepared from X-type zeolite by exchanging with alkali metal ions, increased with increasing ionic radius of the alkali metal employed. Further modification through doping with either H?BO? or KOH resulted in very limited improvement in catalyst activity, while those (?)ified by doping with both H3BO3 and KOH manifested distinct enhancement. Thus, a catalyst prepared from KX, and properly modified gave a doubled yield on the desired products. A 50% increase in yield was. also observed in the case of CsX,
