【Abstract】 A new injection technique-"Cut injection" has been developed in our laboratories based on the liquid chromatographic dynamics. This technique prevents the dispersion of solute during injection, and eliminates the extra-column effects and, therefore, improves the peak symmetry, the column efficiency, and the reproducibility. The injection volume of the sample is adjustable. The technique is simlpe and easy to operate. The principles, design of the injection and typical experimental results are presented.更多还原
