【摘要】 本文报道 15甲-前列腺素PG F_2α对家兔子宫收缩及血浆孕酮水平的影响。15甲-PGF_2α0.4mg/kg、0.2mg/kg 对大鼠抗早孕均有明显作用,能使蜕膜细胞变性,胎盘剥离。15甲-PGF_2α剂量为0.4mg/kg时,对家兔在位子宫内压及收缩频率有显著的加强作用。15甲-PGF_2α剂量为0.4mg/kg时,对妊娠家兔有明显的降低血浆孕酮作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is obvious that 15-methyl-prostaglandin F_2α is capable of terminating earlypregnancy at the dose of 0.4 mg/kg B.W.and 0.2 mg/kg B.W. in rats. 15-methyl-prostaglandin at the dose of 0.4 mg/kg B.W. in rabbits can significantly increasethe intrauterine pressure and contraction frequency, decrease the plasma con-centration of progesterone, and also make decidual cell degenerate and placentaseparation.更多还原
