【摘要】 与一般常用的流变仪相比,在挤出机上用狭缝或毛细管口模测试高聚物的流变性能有很多优点,例如可同时适合于测定材料的粘性和弹性、测试装置简单,并且测试过程与实际生产过程比较一致。本文作者自行设计加工了几套狭缝毛细管和流变口模,以LDPE为原料,在不同螺杆转速下用狭缝口模初步进行了流变性能测试,实验证明这种方法简单、可行,适合于在实际生产控制中应用。更多还原
