潜油泵的改进

【摘要】 潜油泵是油田急需的强采设备。本文对引进美国的一种潜油泵N-80进行了水力学改进设计。单级泵对比试验结果:泵外形尺寸由φ89减小到φ85,工作范围内的扬程—流量特性基本相同,泵的最佳试验效率由57%提高到65%,再次证明了三元流动理论在泵设计上的实用价值。

【Abstract】 Oil-submersible pumps are very important equipment in middle and later periods of petroleum exploitation.The improvement of hydraudynamic design of an oil-submersible pump model N-80 which is made in U.S. has been done. The test results of one-stage original and modifiable pumps are followingtboth have the same head-capacity characteristics in working ranges, the best efficiency is increased from 57% to 65% and the redesign, has smaller outer diameter o85mm than N-80’s o89mm.It has been verified again that three-dimensional flow theory of tur-bomachinery is useful in pump desings.
