发动机进气动态畸变测试技术发展动向
The Developing Trend of the Techniques to Determine Engine lnlet Dynamic Distortion
【摘要】 进气道与发动机匹配是飞机研制中的一个重要问题。二十年来曾为此研究了许多种方法,通常的方法是测量时变压力畸变数据並找出进气动态畸变的峰值,然后再将此峰值与发动机的不稳定性关联起来。但是测量时变进气压力畸变数据,要求大量的高响应压力仪器和时间相关的数据采集系统,以及昂贵的数据处理费用,因此,研究了不少基于功态压力数据的统计特性的方法来减少成本费用。本文简单地叙述了这些决定进气功态畸变峰值的方法,并指出它们的优缺点。最后,讨论了今后可能的发展动向。
【Abstract】 Inlet/Engine Compatibility is an important problem in aircraft development programs. During past two decades many methods have been developed to solve the problem. The conventional method is to measure time variant inlet pressure distortion data, find the inlet peak dynamic distortion values and subsequently correlate them to engine instability. Measurement of time variant pressure distortion data requires extensive high response total pressure instrumentation with a time correlated acquisition system and costly data reduction, therefore many procedures have been developed to reduce these costs based on the statistical characteristics of dynamic pressure data. The paper briefly reviewed methods to determine the inlet peak dynamic distortion and indicated their advantages and disadvantages. Finally, the possible future development and trend are discussed.
