家蚕丝纤维热性能研究——1.热处理对家蚕丝纤维结构的影响
STUDIES ON THE THERMAL PROPERTIES OF SILK FIBRE I. THE EFFECT OF HEATING ON THE STRUCTURE OF SILK FIBRE
【摘要】 本文研究蚕丝纤维经受不同温度干热和湿热松弛处理,研究丝素含氮量、丝素氨基酸含量,丝素结晶度变化、丝素分子链断裂和纤维受损情况,探明了热处理温度与丝素化学结构和聚集态结构之间关系。
【Abstract】 The aim of this paper is to study the effect of heating under dry or wet conditions on the silk fibre in the loose form,Researches into the relationship between the chemical and aggregating structures of silk fibroin and the temperature of the heat treatment have been carried out by way of studying the nitrogen content, the amino acid copositions , and the crystallinity and degradation of molecular chains of silk fibroin.The results of the test have shown that the structure of silk fibroin is slightly influenced by the heat treatment at the temperature of below 125℃ for 6 hours under dry conditions and at that of below 100℃ for 6 hours under wet conditions.Deamination and decarboxylation of silk fibroin molecules will take place when the silk fibre is treated at the temperature of over 125℃ Under dry conditions. At the same time, the chains of Long molecules of silk fibroin will partly be broken and the crystallinty, the acid and base stabilities will be decreased. The damage of silk fibroin will be more serious caused by the heat treatment under wet conditions than under dry conditions.
