【摘要】 在提纯β血小板球蛋白(βThromboglobulin,简称βTG)的基础上,我们制备出高特异性、高滴度的兔抗人βTG 抗血清。用中纯βTG 为抗原制备的抗血清含βTG 抗体和少量白蛋白抗体,用白蛋白吸附后成为单价βTG 抗血清。用纯βTG 制备的抗血清不需再作处理即为单价抗血清。放射免疫测定提示此抗血清和进口βTG 放射免疫药盒中的标准βTG 在免疫学上是一致的。已经证明此抗血清以1∶32,000倍稀释能用于βTG 放射免疫测定并已成功地用于在国内建立βTG 放射免疫测定体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of purification of β-thromboglobulin(βTG),a highly specific andhigh titer antiserum against human βTG was produced in rabbits.With partiallypurified βTG as antigen,the prepared antiserum contained βTG antibody and a littlealbumin antibody.After absorbing the latter with albumin the antiserum becamemonospecific.The antiserum produced by purified βTG was monospecific by itself.Thetest of radioimmunoassay showed imunological consistency between the antiserum andthe standard βTG from RIA kit made by Amersham Co.It was demonstrated that1∶32,000 dilution of the antiserum could be used in βTG radioimmunoassay.更多还原
