【摘要】 本文分析了60岁以上的银屑病82例,发现有下列几个特点:1.男性多子女性,为3.1∶1.2.家族史阳性率较60岁以下患者为低,占7.3%。3.诱因中以饮食因素居多。4.临床表现亦以寻常型为主,但非寻常型及指(趾)甲或粘膜之受累较多于成人或儿童组。5.治疗效果差,易有副反应。6.并发症多。本文并就本病的防治进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eighty-two cases of psoriasis over 60 are reported.The following characteristicfeatures of the cases were found:1.Male to female ratio was 3.1:1.2.Incidence ofpositive family history(7.3%)was significantly lower than that in the adults orchildren.3.Diet was the more important predisposing factor of psoriasis in the elderly.4.Non-vulgaris types of psoriasis were more common in the aged than in the adultsor children and also more nail and mucous membrane lesions.5.Relatively resistant totreatment and more side-reactions to drugs.6.More concomitant diseases.The treatment and prevention of psoriasis in the elderly are suggested.更多还原
