【摘要】 本文报道儿童遗传过敏性皮炎179例,其中2岁以下者41例,2～12岁138例,男女之比为2.4∶1.初发年龄在2个月以下者占45.8%,2岁以上138名儿童中连续发病者占52.8%。婴幼儿期以面部湿疹表现为主,儿童期除四肢伸侧及胭窝湿疹外,苔藓样变渐趋明显.皮肤干燥、鱼鳞病、掌纹征、面色苍白及眶周黑晕可认为是本病的重要伴发症状.患儿嗜酸性粒细胞、IgE、总花环、活性花环及表面膜免疫球蛋白细胞的变化说明患儿存在免疫功能的紊乱.更多还原

【Abstract】 A clinical analysis of 179 cases of juvenile atopic dermatitis(AD)is reported.Forty-one were below 2 years and 138 2-12 years.Males outnumbered females by 2.4:1.Theage of onset was within 2 months in 45.8% and continuative lesions present in 52.8%of patients.The appearance of facial eczematous lesions in babies gradually changed tolichenoid lesions on the limbs and popliteal fossae of children.Many patients had personaland family history of atopy.Signs suggestive of AD included xerosis,ichthyosis,palmarhyperlinearity,facial pallor and periorbital darkening,but pityriasis alba,pompholyx,perifollicular hyperkeratosis and geographic tongue were no diagnostic signs.Eosinophilia,elevated serum IgE levels,abnormal ERFC and Ig-bearing lymphocyte suggested thedisease is of immunological disorder.更多还原
