【Abstract】 This paper deals with the establishment of biotin-avidin system(BAS).thefollowing processes were included in the establishment of BAS:horseradish peroxidasecovalently coupled to avidin to form enzyme-labeled avidin conjugate,preparation ofBNHS and biotin-labeled antibody,elimination of nonspecific absorption of avidin,etc,It was found that the BAS is very sensitive and specific,its sensitivity for determiningIgE reached 9.1ng/ml,near to that of radioimmunoassay.更多还原
