红藤水溶性提取物对血小板聚集、冠脉流量、血栓形成和cAMP含量的影响

【摘要】 红藤水溶性提取物体外及体内给药均可抑制血小板聚集,并有促进血小板解聚作用,能增加离体豚鼠心脏冠状动脉(冠脉)流量,但不影响心率;可抑制大鼠血栓形成,提高兔血浆cAMP水平,但不提高血小板内cAMP水平。

【Abstract】 The aqueous extract of Sargentodocca, Guneata causes significant inhibition of platelet aggregation induced by ADP in vitro and vivo, it also has a disaggroga-toay activity. Using Langendorff’s preparation and the Umetsu method, we observed that the aqueous extract of Sargentodoxa Owneata significantly increased the coronary flow of the isolated perfused guinea-pig heart, but caused no change in the heart rate, and it reduced thrambus weight in rats. In this investigation, the aqueous extract of Sargentodoxa Ouneata also markedly raised the oAMP level of rabbits plasma in vivo, but not that of platelets in vitro. These results indicate that the effect of the aqueous extract of Sargentodoxa Ouneata on coronary flow and thrombus formation might be related to elevated oAMP levels, but antiaggregatory and disaggregatory activities were not mediated by increase in oAMP level.
