【Abstract】 The immunohistoohemical characteristics of leukemia in mice were inve stigatd with monoclonal antibodies Thy1,2, Lyt-1, Lyt-2 , and Iak2 using the ABC immunological method. Results showed that all the tumor cells from L 7712 were strongly positive for Thyl, 2 and Lyt-2 and negative for Lyt-1 and Iak2 indicating their origin from suppressor T-lymphqcyte. All the tumor cells from P388 were strongly positive for Iak2 and negative for Thyl, 2, Lyt-1 and Lyt-2 indicating their origin from the B-lymphocyte and not T-lymphocyte.
