国产麻黄苯丙酮对心脏血流动力学作用的动物实验和临床疗效观察

【摘要】 本文报道了国产麻黄苯丙酮(Oxyfedrine)对豚鼠与犬的心脏血流动力学作用和临床疗效。麻黄苯丙酮10μg能显著增加离体豚鼠心脏冠状动脉(下称冠脉)流量、心率和心肌收缩力。麻醉犬,静注麻黄苯丙酮1mg/kg,等容期心肌收缩成分缩短速度[(dP/dt)/P]加快,左心室内压(LVP)增加不显著,提示有增强心肌收缩性的作用。在麻醉开胸犬静注5mg/kg能明显增加心排血量、心率和冠脉流量,降低冠脉阻力。临床观察20例冠心病患者,用无创性方法测定收缩时间间期(STI),经治疗后,心绞痛缓解,心电图有一定改善,STI也明显好转,并使窦性心动过缓者的心率提高。

【Abstract】 In Langendorff’s preparation of guinea pig heart, oxyfedrine (10μg) caused a significant increase in heart rate, coronary flow and the amplitude of cardiac contraction. In anesthetized dogs, i.v. oxyfedrine 1mg/kg significantly increased the heart rate and contractility, but the left ventricular systolic pressure did not signi- Their systolic time intervals were significantly improved after treatment and 11 out of 16 cases with angina pectoris showed clinical improvement. In patients with bradycardia, the heart rate was increased as well.
