测定谷氨酸的微生物传感器的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了测定谷氨酸的微生物传感器。用琼脂固定化的大肠杆菌(Escherichia (?)oliAS 1.505)和二氧化碳电极制成膜状传感器,用聚丙烯酰胺固定化的大肠杆菌和二氧化碳电极制成柱状传感器。结果表明,膜状传感器在25℃测定谷氨酸的范围为60—1200mg/1,响应时间为1020min;柱状传感器在30℃测定谷氨酸的范围为60—800mg/1,响应时间为5—7min。两种传感器测定误差为2—3%以下,20天内使用60多次,不见其活力下降。

【Abstract】 The microbial sensor measuring glutamate has been studied.The systemof membrane microbial sensor is composed of Escherichia coli AS 1.505 im-mobilized by agar and CO2 electrode.The system of bed microbial sensoris composed of Escherichia cali AS 1.505 immobilised by poliacrylamideand CO2 electrode.It is shown that the area of membrane microbial sensor for measuringglutamate is 60—1200mg/liter at 25℃ and the respondent time is 10—18min.;the area of bed microbial sensor for measuring glutamate is 60—800mg/liter at 30℃ and the respondent time is 5—7 min.The error of theboth microbial sensor is less than 2—3% and after measuring 60 timesduring 20 days the activity of measuring glutamate is less decreased.
