P507萃取分离铽
Extraction Separation of Tb3+ by P507
【摘要】 本文报导了不同平衡水相酸度、稀土浓度、相比及洗涤酸度对P507萃取稀土元素的影响。计算了分配比D及分离因数β。在硝酸浓度为0.20~0.80N HNO3及稀土浓度为0.01~0.07M时,βDy/Tb≥2.0。从而提出了从硝酸溶液中萃取分离Tb3+的可能性。通过34级分馏萃取实验,得到纯度≥98%Tb4O7,收率~99%的结果。在此基础上,完成了从独居石及褐钇钶矿的中重稀土混合物中,经Tb-Dy分组及氨化萃取分离Tb3+的实验室研究和扩大试验。获得纯度>90%Tb4O7。并同时得到纯度>85%Gd2O3及>85%Dy2O3。工艺连续,无三废。
【Abstract】 This paper reports the influence of different acidities of equilibrated aqueous phase, Concentrations of RE3+, phase ratios, and acidities of washing solution etc, on the extraction of Rare-earth elements from the nitric acid solution by P507. The distribution ratio D and separation factor β are calculated.When the concentration of nitric acid is 0.20~0.80N and that of Rare-earth is 0.01~0.07M, the separation factor β Dy/Tb is ≥2.0. Therefore, it is possible to separate Tb3+ from nitric acid solution. Through the experimental fractional extraction (34 Steps) from the mixture solution containing the elements of (Gd) Tb, Dy, Ho, Er(y) etc, the purity of Tb4O7 obtained is ≥98% with the recovery up to 99%.Base on the experiments mentioned above, both the laboratory Work and large-scale experiments have been done on the fractionation of the mixture obtained,from monazite and fergusonite into concentrates of Gd-Tb, Dy, Ho and Er, as well as the separation of Tb3+ from the Gd-Tb concentrate by extraction with P507 amoniated extractant. The purity of obtained Tb4O7, Gd2O3 and Dy2O3 is >90%, >85%, and >85% respectively.This extraction technology is a continuous process without effluents.
