并联水电站新、枫两库联合优化调度问题

【摘要】 本文将阐述广东省并联水电站新、枫两库联合优化调度问题。采用的计算方法为马尔可夫决策规划。水库群优化调度的目的,是在满足水库综合利用要求的条件下,使水电站群获得最大的年期望电量。为了说明两库联合优化调度的效益,曾进行过若干调度方案的比较。计算表明,两库联合优化调度所获得的保证出力与年平均发电量,分别比两库进行常规调度时增加9.6%与4.6%如与两库分别进行优化调度比较,虽年平均发电量减少0.5%,但总保证出力可增加7.8%。并联水电站新、枫两库进行联合优化调度的动能效益是显著的。

【Abstract】 A case study of joint optimization dispatching of two parallel reservoirs of hydroelectric stations in Guangdong Province was performed. The Markovian decision programming is used to find the optimal policy of maximizing the average expected annual electric energy or firm outputs of these hydroelectric stations.For the purpose of comparing the calculating results, there are some alternative operating strategies applied to the case studied, it is evident that joint optimization dispatching of the parallel reservoirs brings more advantages in firm output, average annual energy of generation, minimum release for navigation and utilization of run-off than those of conventional dispatching of individual reservoirs by 4.6-9.6%, but slightly less advantage in average annual energy of generation than that of optimization dispatching of individual reservoirs by 0.5%.Joint optimization dispatching of the parallel reservoirs is of significant economical importance.
