【Abstract】 The levels of plasma lipids and apolipoprotein B, C of 42 diabeties （23 cases for type Ⅰ and 19 cases for type Ⅱ ） and that of 27 healthy peoples have been determined.Serum TG TCh LDL-Ch HDL₃-Ch and Apo B concentration are significantly increased and the serum HDL-Ch and Apo CⅡ levels are significantly decreased in diabetes mellitus.The results reflect that the disorder of metabolism of lipids and apolipoprotein is serious in diabetes mellitus, particularly in type Ⅱ .It also suggests that diabetes mellitus promote the development of coronary artery disease.更多还原
