【摘要】 本文报道一种改进的萤光法测定刺梨维生素E含量。样品提取和皂化不需要通N₂和避光,加入一定量抗坏血酸能阻止维生素E被氧化;并提出了测试的最佳条件。利用本法测得刺梨维生素E含量范围为2.40～3.61mg/100g。在合适温度（6—8℃）下贮藏的刺梨两个月后维生素E没有明显下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper describes a method for the determination vitamin E in Rose roxburghii Tratt by means of a improved fluorometric method Ex=295nm, Em=325nm). The extract and saponification of the sample are made without gassing N₂ and covering light. By addition of vitamin C the dxidition of vitamin E in elimineted and the better condition of determination has been found. The known amounts of vitamin E were added to sample, and the recovery rates is 96.0-105.0%. The standard deviation is within 0.0340. By. using this method was determined vitamin E in Rose roxburghii Tratt and found 2.40-3,61mg/100g sample.更多还原
