残余奥氏体的诱发相变对接触疲劳的作用
Effects of Induced Transformation of Retained Austenite on Contact Fatigue Life
【摘要】 研究20CrMnTi钢碳氮共渗层中残余奥氏体对接触疲劳寿命的影响。试验结果表明:残余奥氏体的应力诱发相变改善了渗层的强韧性,这是残余奥氏体提高接触疲劳寿命的主要原因。在滑动加滚动接触情况下,τXZ是引起疲劳剥落的主要原因。对于含残余奥氏体量不同的试佯的疲劳破坏,应用不同的τXZ/HM值的分布来说明。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the influence of retained austenite in the carbo-nitriding layer of 20CrMnTi steel on the contact fatigue life. It was shown that the stress-induced transformation of retained austenite could improve the strength and toughness of the carbo-nitriding layer. This is the main cause that the retained austenite can improve contact fatigue life. In the case of sliding and rolling contact, fatigue spalling is mainly caused by τ. The fatigue failure of specimens that contain different amount of retained austenite should be explained by the different distribution of the τ /HM Value.
