【Abstract】 The extratcs of bursa Fabricii taken from one day.one week and two week old chicks were injected successively 3 times into the chicks of the corresponding ages.The results indicate that the extracts not only increase chick immunity but also promote proliferation and differentiation of the lymphoid cells in the germinal center of the spleen.This suggests a new way for pharmaceutic studies on the promotion of immunity and for therapy of immunodeficiency.更多还原
