【摘要】 从济南制药厂L—山梨糖混合发酵液中分离得到四株芽孢杆菌噬菌体,其中一株来自寄主巨大芽孢杆菌,三株来自腊状芽孢杆菌,这些噬菌体都是有尾的,根据形态可分为二类。通过选育获得了几株抗噬菌体菌株,经摇瓶混合发酵试验,表明抗株不但具有稳定的抗性而且保持了原种的性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four strains of Bacteriophage of Bacillus were isolated from L--sorbosefermention in Jinan medicine factory. One of them, MP--1 phage, wasisolated from host strain Bacillus megaterium and the others, CP--1, CP--2,CP--3 phages, from Bacillus Cereus. These phages were tailed, belongingto groups A (MP--1, CP--1, CP--2) and groups B (CP--3) accordingto Bradley, respectively. Four resistant strains of Bacillus (MR5--1. MR1--11. CR1--4. CR12--1,)were obtained. The fremier one still kept the oringianlly productive andbiological characteristics.更多还原
