【Abstract】 <ABSTRACT>This paper focuses on two basic concepts of phenotypic stability: (i) A stable genotype should have aminimal variance under different environmental conditions(’biological concept’), and (ii) A stable genotype should show minimal interactions with environments as measured by the ecovalence (’agronomic concept’). On the basis of these two concepts, several methods of stability analysis are presented. Various methods of stability analysis and genetic mechanism of stability are briefly disscussed.更多还原
