国产ABS流动性及其薄壁管挤出成型工艺的研究

【摘要】 <正> ABS 系为丙烯腈、丁二烯与苯乙烯的三元共聚物。韧性优异,电绝缘性、耐化学性与机械性能良好,且易于着色,可制成外观鲜艳质地均匀的制品。ABS 为无定型聚合物,加工成型中的收缩性较小。但此种高分子物具有极性,粘度高,热稳定性差,在成型时要严格控制工艺条件,薄壁制品的工艺条件更为苛刻。国内少数厂家开发此种制品,大都使用进口原料。本文立足于国产原料,研究我国兰化 ABS 的流动性,探讨挤出成型工艺条件,力图建立国产 ABS 薄壁管的工业生产线。

【Abstract】 The rheological behavior of 6 kinds of ABS resins have been Studied. It has been shown that ABS-301 and ABS-201(Provided by Lan Zhou Che- mical Industry Company of China)are suitable for injection molding and extrusion molding respectively.The apparent activation energy of visco us flow of ABS-201 E_r is 31.2 kcal/mol. It has been shown that ABS behaved crosslinking tendency at temp. 185~245℃.The higher the temp.and the longer the time,the greater the the extend of crosslinking. Based on the rheological data of ABS melts,an extruding-head has been designed,proper extruding technology has been elalorated and then,the satisfactory in qaulity ABS pipe with the wall thickness of 0.5±0.005mm had been obtained.
