【摘要】 本文报道了珠江卷口鱼的年龄生长、食住和繁殖方面的研究结果。通过分析确定:卷口鱼的年龄级由I—IV龄鱼组成,各龄鱼分别占渔获物总量的42.21％、38.21％、19.21％和0.38％。用统计学方法,计算出卷口鱼体长与鳞长的相关式为:L=8+43.30R（r=0.9956）;体长与体重的相关式为:W=8.226×10^-3L^3.374（Γ=0.9654）。对卷口鱼各种食物的组成、季节变化及出现率作了分析探讨。卷口鱼个体绝对怀卵量波动于7878—48880粒之间,平均22250.7粒。绝对怀卵量与体长和体重的相关式为:R=4.5419L^3.6208和R=40.88W+1209. 文中对卷口鱼的资源繁殖保护,网具使用和合理捕捞规格等问题进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Age, growth, feeding habits and reproduction of the mouse fish （Ptychidio jor-dani） were studied. Specimens were collected from middel-upstream of the Pearl Rivernear Guiping County, Guangsi Province during May 1979 and September 1980. All of580 fish taken by gill net, the classes of age Ⅰ. Ⅱ. Ⅲ. and Ⅳ contributed 42. 21%,38 .21%, 19. 21% and 0 .38% of the total number respectively. The relation betweenbody length and the scale diameter is described by the equation: L = 8 + 43 .30R （r =0. 9956）. The length-weight relation of the mouse fish is computed from the equation:W = 8 .226 ×10^-?L^?（r= 0.9654）. The mouse fish mainly fed on smal1 benthicinvertebrates such as Limnoperna lacustris,Corbiculidae and sponges, aquatic insectsworms and sponges as well as organic detritus. Apart from these,some phytoplanktonsincluding Bacillariophyceae, Chorophyta and Oyanophyta were discovered in the intes-tines of the fish. The sex ratio of males to females was 1: 1 .5. Spawning occured fromApril to september. Mininum size of adult female was 22 .3 cm in length and 361 .7g in weight, and 20.0 cm in length and 200.5 g in weight of male. Eighty-foue female fish were examined for fecundity, the number of eggs were 7,878-48,880 （average 22,250. 7）. Regression equations were developed for fecundity vs length and weight respctively as follows: R=4.5419L^2.?2（r=0. 9471）and R=40. 88w+1209（r=0.9989）. Overfishing is the major cause of declination of fish production in the PearlRiver. Small mesh gill nets have been in use. We suggest that the mesh size of gillnets should be enlarged to 6 .6cm.
