齿轮润滑油选择计算方法
Selecting and Calculating Method for Gear Lubricating Oils
【摘要】 本文在应用弹性流体动力润滑理论考查齿轮传动摩擦状态的基础上,根据与润滑油有关的接触强度和胶合强度,来选择润滑油的粘度及添加剂。并对以机床齿轮为例计算选择出来的油品进行了台架试验、实验机试验和生产使用试验,取得了满意的结果。在其他生产实例中,本办法也得到了应用。本文计算方法用Fortran和Basic两种语言编制成应用软件,可在微机上实现,便于使用。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the selection of the viscosity and additives for lubricating oils by inspecting friction status of gears using elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory and according to contacting strength and adhesive strength related to lubricating oils. And taking machine tools’ gears as example, tests are carried out on a stand, tester and practical production for oils selected and calculated. The calculating method uses the application software with Fortran and Basic two languages, and can be performed on a microcomputer and easy to use.
