【摘要】 研究了生长条件(pH、过饱和度、生长温度和杂质)对 KDP 晶体楔化的影响。实验结果表明,除杂质外,过饱和度和生长温度同样是影响晶体楔化的重要因素。讨论了晶体楔化的机理,认为晶体的楔化过程实质上就是晶面的台阶化过程。文章最后提出了快速生长优质 KDP 晶体的条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influence of growth conditions on the tapering of KDPcrystals has been investigated.Experiments show that besides impurities,the solution supersaturation and the temperature for growth are also impo-rtant factors for the taper formation in the crystal growth of KDP.The mechani--sm of taper for mation has been studied and a suggestion has been put forwardthat the process of taper formation is substantially that of step formationon the crystal faces Conditions for the rapid growth of high quality KDPcrystals have been found.更多还原
