新型红外光学晶体——掺杂立方碘化铊单晶
A New Infrared Optical Crystal—Cubic Thallium Iodide Doped with Impurities
【摘要】 本文叙述了掺杂立方碘化铊晶体的生长工艺,以及这种新型红外光学晶体的性能:起始波长为O.58μm,截止长波限为64μm,在2.5~50μm 的光谱区域内,透过率为60~50%以上,最高可达73%左右,光谱曲线平滑,无杂质吸收峰;晶体的轴向和径向的光学均匀性好。此外,还研完了晶体的化学稳定性、力学性质、微观结构与红外特性的关系等。
【Abstract】 The crystal growth of the cubic thallium iodide doped withimpurities is discussed,and some valuable optical properties of this kind ofcrystal,which are essential to it to be used as a new infrared material,arereported.The chemical stability and mechanical properties as well as therelationship between the microstructure and infrared characteristic of suchcrystals have been studied.
