K3Sm(PO4)2和 K3Gd(PO4)2晶体的研究
Studies on K3Sm(PO4)2 and K3Gd(PO4) Crystals
【摘要】 用助熔剂缓冷法从 KCl—KF 熔体中生长出 K3Sm(PO4)2和K3Gd(PO4)2晶体。化学组成分析和 X 射线衍射分析证明,所得到的晶体是 K3Sm(PO4)2和 K3Gd(PO4)2。计算了它们的晶胞参数。随着原子序数的增加和 Ln3+离子半径的减小,K3Ln(PO4)2晶胞体积也减小。测定了晶体的红外光谱、紫外、可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱。
【Abstract】 Crystals of K3Sm(PO4)2 and KaGd(PO4)2 have been grown fromKF—KCl melts.Their constitutions have been verified by chemical analysisand X-ray diffraction analysis,and their lattice parameters have beencalculated.It is shown that for Ln3+inos with larger atomic number andsmaller ionic radius,the cell volume of K3Ln(PO4)2 crystals becomes smaller.Their infrared,absorption and fluorescence spectra have been determined.
