木麻黄的无性繁殖和抗青枯病品系的筛选
VEGETATIVE PROPAGATION AND SELECTION OF CASUARINA FOR RESISTANCE TO BACTERIAL WILT
【摘要】 一个比较先进的木麻黄无性繁殖法已被研究出来。利用1年生植株或3个月生萌芽条的小枝,经过生长激素的处理。放入烧杯清水中,置于直射光照下培养,最快6天开始出根,15天出根率达80%以上。我们还研究出了一个木麻黄抗青枯病品系的快速测定法,筛选出几个速生抗病的品系,并已在林区进行扩大试验。此外,我们对病原菌的生理小种和菌系,以及木麻黄的抗病机理也进行了初步的研究。
【Abstract】 A summary is reported herein of studies carried on from 1980-1985, to select and propagate wilt-resistant Casuarina. Most of the results in this paper have already been published in detail in other journals.A more advanced technique for vegetative propagation of Casuarina was developed. Under direct sunlight young assimilatory branches taken from one-year-old plants or three-month-old sprouts would begin to root in tap water in flasks 6 days after being treated with rooting stimulators and root above 80% after 15 days.A quicker technique for evaluating resistance of Casuarina to bacterial wilt has also been developed. Several clones with satisfactory levels of resistance to bacterial wilt and possessing fast—growing characters have been obtained and propagated in a large number planting in tht coastal areas for verifying their value.In addition, other topics of tha paper are as follows, races and strains of Pseudomonas solanacearum from Casuarina in South China; inhibition of bacterial growth by extracts from Casuarina tissues and its relation to bacterial wilt resistance; and other topics as well.
