ZnAl22型超塑性合金及其应用的研究
ZnAl22 Superplastic Alloy And It’s Application
【摘要】 ZnAl22型合金经均匀化退火—淬火—回火—热轧—回火:250—270℃温度范围内,应变速率8.3×10-3S-1~3.3×10-1S-1范围内具有很好的超塑性能,平均延伸率1635%,当合金经均匀化退火—淬火—回火处理,在上述变形条件下,平均延伸率586%。后者虽然超塑性差些,但工艺简单,且可完全满足于制模具的工艺要求。 ZnAl22型合金在普通液压机上能一次挤压成型腔较复杂的冲裁模。为提高冲裁模的寿命,本文还对贝氏体钢板叠层超塑性模进行了应用研究。
【Abstract】 ZnAl22 alloy has fine superplastic property after the treatment of full annealing, hardening, tempering heat-rolling and tenpering, within the temperature range of 250-270℃ and the strain rate range of 8.3×10-8~3.3×10-1S-1. The average preeentage of elongation reaches 1630%. But when this alloy processed the treatment of annealing, hardening, and tempering, under the satne test condition, the average precentage of elongation reaches only 586%. Though the property the latter is not as good as the former’s, the process of the latter is simpler, this alloy can still meet the demandes of die-making. When ZnAl22 alloy used, the blanking die with complex cavity can be made on eommon oil press. If the Bannite steel plates are stecked on the superplastic blanking die, the die life will increase greatly.
