【Abstract】 The author points out that the principles and methods of compiling the programme for the development of the sci-tech information enterprise may follow the suit of compiling the programme for the development of economy like making an analysis of development forecasts and also of the level of development at the base period of the programme, etc. Some fundamental problems in the compilation of the development programme for the sci-tech information enterprise are discussed.更多还原
