【摘要】 本文报道了一类新化合物N-(β-胺基-4-氯桂皮酰基)另丁胺的NMR及烯胺结构中氮上质子与相邻碳上质子间的偶合。依据~1HNMR指定了这类化合物的构型,提出了一个化合物的X光衍射结果,证实了所指定的构型,用去偶技术确认了烯胺结构中氮上质子与相邻碳上质子间的偶合现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper the NMR and the coupling of pnotons on the nitrogen atom and its neighbouring carbon atom in N-(3-substituted amino-4-chIorocinnamyl) -sec-butylamines, a kind of new compounds, were reported.The configurations of these compounds were assigned based on their 1N-NMR, and confinmed by the X-ray diffraction results of one of these coznpounds.The coupling phenomenon of protons on the nitrogen and its neighbouring carbon in these compounds was confirmed by decoupling technique更多还原
