机械阻抗技术在拖拉机驾驶室振动控制中的应用

【摘要】 本文探索了机械阻抗测试技术和模态分析方法在拖拉机驾驶室振动控制中的应用问题,分析研究了国产东风—50拖拉机驾驶室的动态特性,识别了振动模态参数,提出了模态动能的概念和计算方法,并以测试分析结果指导阻尼减振和隔振降噪工作,取得了较显著的效果。

【Abstract】 This paper describes the approach for the application of mechanical impedance technique and the method of modal analysis to vibration control in trac-tor cab. The natural dynamic characteristics are investigated and analysed with the cab of tractor Dong Feng-50 as an example, its vibration modal parameters are identified, and the conception and calculation of modal vibration energy is proposed. The practice of the reduction of vibration and noise is directed according to the results of tests and analyses and the mechanism of vibration-control, obvious effect is achieved in the reduction of vibration and noise in the cab.
