作物细胞质雄性不育与肌动蛋白
CYTOPLARMIC MALE STERILITY AND ACTIN IN POLLENS
【摘要】 本文比较了小麦、玉米及白莱的细胞质雄性不育系与保持系花药或花粉中的肌动蛋白。SDS 聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳结果表明,保持系含有明显的肌动蛋白区带;而雄性不育系的区带不明显。将凝胶进行光密度扫描亦表明,保持系比不育系所含肌动蛋白数量多。并比较了花药或花粉中的肌动蛋白与兔骨骼肌的肌动蛋白,其电泳迁移率完全相同。
【Abstract】 It is well established that cytoskeleton has pivotal role in the shape and function of cells.Cytoskeleton is composed of microtubale,micro- filaments and intermediate filaments.F-actin is the main component of microfilament.Our present preliminary study indicates that there are a considerable amount of actin in the pollen grains or anthers from cytoplasmic male fertile lines of wheat,corn and the Chinese cabbage. But in contrast,the content of actin of the pollen or anthers is much lower in the cytoplasmic male sterile lines of wheat,corn and the Chinese cabbage.It is suggested that the shortage of actin may be an importable factor of the cytoplasmic male sterility in plant.
