【摘要】 通过对生产上常用的24个玉米自交系进行主成分分析和遗传距离测定,将供试自交系划分为5个类群。亲本选配可以在不同类群间进行,分类结果和杂种优势利用的育种实践基本相吻合。地理来源亲缘关系的远缘并不能确切地反映出遗传差异的远缘,因此,遗传距离可能是预测玉米杂种优势和亲本选配的一个较好指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the analysis of principal components and the determination of geneticdistance for the common 24 corn inbred lines,the lines are classified into 5 gr-oups.The parents for crossing can be selected among the groups.The result ofthis classification is basically identical with the breeding practice of heterosis uti-lization.The geographic origin and the relational relationship can not exactlyreflect the genetic divergance.Therefore,genetic distance may be a better crite-rion to predict the heterosis of corn and to select the parents for crossing.更多还原
