河南大豆种子寄藏真菌分析及药剂防治试验
Analysis of Fungi Hiding in or on the Soybean Seeds and Experiments on Disease Control With Fungicides
【摘要】 对26个大豆品种的种子进行了洗涤检验、分离培养、致病性测定及杀菌剂拌种防治大豆炭疽病的试验。经洗涤检验,发现大豆种子携带有9个属真菌,其中以 Peronospora 和 Colletotrichum 出现频率最高。经分离培养,检验到9个属的12种真菌,其中以紫斑病菌(Cercospora kikuchii)和炭疽病菌(C.glycines)出现频率最高。致病性测定结果表明,有9种真菌对大豆跃进五号种子都有不同程度的致病能力。七种杀菌剂防治菌期大豆炭疽病以70%甲基托布津可湿性粉剂、50%乙基托布津可湿性粉剂和50%退菌特可湿性粉剂防病效果最好,其次为3050+44号可湿性粉剂和50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂。以种子重量的0. 3%药量拌种为宜,并且无药害,对根系生长有一定的刺激作用。
【Abstract】 Pathogens on or in the 26 variety seeds from 7 regions were tested throughwashing and isolating.The pathogenicities and the control of the anthracnose(Colletotrichum glycines Hori)by dressing tthe soybean seeds with fungicide we-re also examined.The result shows that C.glycines,Cercospora kikuchii Matsum.et Tomoy and Peronospora manschurica(Naum.)Syd.,with a high frequency,are the main serious fungous disease of soybean in Henan provence.To controlthe anthracnose,70%thiophanate methyl,50% thiophanate and 50%Tuzet are mo-re effective than others in the seven fungicides,and it is safe to dress the seedswith the fungicides at the rate of 0. 3 %,which will help the root system to grow.
