【Abstract】 Acrosin （EC.3.4.21.10） was isolated and purified from donkey ejaculated spermatozoa by the use of acid extraction, ammonium sulfate fractionation and chromatography on Sephadex G—100. The specific activity of the partial purified donkey acrosin was 2—5 U/mg（BAEE）. The optimum pH, 8.2, the Km for BAEE, 1.3×10^-4M, and the inhibitions by diispropyl fluorophosphate and soybean trypsin inhibitor showed a similarity to the other mammalian acrosin. The inhibitions of donkey acrosin by zinc, some monosaccharides and Gossypol were described.更多还原
