《人工培育天然牛黄》研究

【摘要】 1、本课题的研究目的是利用手术方法在牛胆囊内埋植异物作为核心,促使牛沉积更加接近“天然牛黄”的产品(称为培育牛黄),以便开辟药源,满足医疗方面对牛黄的需求。同时为内蒙地区大批黄牛的开发利用、提供依据。 2、对胆囊埋植异物提出了简单易行便于推广的手术方法,并对异物的种类进行了筛选和探讨。 3、对17个培育牛黄样品进行了胆红素、胆固醇、胆酸、去氧胆酸的定量分析,结果表明与天然牛黄的这几个成分相同,但含量多少有所不同。对5个培育牛黄样品进行了镇静、解热、抗炎的药理实验,结果表明药理作用性质与天然牛黄相同,皆具有镇静、解热、抗炎作用。作用程度二者相近且都此人工牛黄作用强。 4、对二头胆囊埋植异物的胆瘘牛的胆汁与血清中,胆红素、胆固醇、胆酸进行了测定,各数值均有变化。对胆汁β—葡萄糖醛醇苷酶活性测定的结果是活力增强。同时测定了100头正常牛胆汁与血清的胆红素、胆固醇、胆酸的含量。 5、对影响培育牛黄产量的因素进行了初步分析,一般说来异物种类,不同地区、体内埋植期限、不同个体对产量可能都有影响。

【Abstract】 1. This subject is designed to culture Calculus Boris. By operating surgically, we buried the foreign body in the cow cholecyst as the nucleus and promoted its deposing in order to form the Cultured CalculusBovis which is close to the Natural Calculus Bovis.This research work helps to develop the source of Calculus Boris and can meet the requirement of Calculus Bovis in medical service. At the sametime, it provides a sound basis for further utilization of an army cows. 2. The operation burying the foreign body in the gallbladder of a cow is simple and easy to populaize. Morever, We studied and sifted all sorts of foreign bodies. 3. we have inspected seventeen subject-cows.We have quantitatively analyzed bilirubin, cholesterol. cholic acid and deoxycholic acid. It turns out that the Calculus Bovis in the same as the Natural Calculus Bovis in the field of four above—mentioned components. But the content of both Calculuses Bovis is some different. We have given a sedative, antipyretic and anti—inflammary test of pharmacology. It follows that the Cultured Calculus Boris identical With the Natural Calculus Boy is in effect of sedation, antipyresis and anti—inflammation.The effects of both them are similar and greater than the Artifictial Calculus Bovis’s. 4. We examined the two tested cows in the Cholecysts of which foreign bodies had been buried and biliary fistulas had for med.Wehave determined bilirubin,cholesterol and cholic acid in their galls and serums. It was found out that the Values of all kinds varied. β-Glucuronidas activaion in bile was determined. It turns out that its dynamic activity has increased. At the same time, the contents of bilirubin, cholesterol andcholic acid in the normal bile and serum was determined among 100cows. 5. The factor Was initially analyzed Which has an effect on the production in quantity of the cultured Calculus Boris. Generally speaking,, the sorts of foreign bodies, the region, the period of burying fooeign bodie and animal individuals have influence over the output of Culculus Boviss
