某螺纹磨床的振动性能分析

【摘要】 螺纹磨床是一种精密机床,主要用于加工各种高精度的圆柱或圆锥螺纹。磨削过程中磨床——砂轮——工件系统的固有振动,是造成磨削颤振,限制磨削生产率的主要原因,也是精磨加工中影响加工表面质量的重要因素。本文主要运用试验模态分析的方法,对螺纹磨床的固有振动性能进行了研究。在试验及分析的方法上,本文考虑到精密机床的高精度要求,对影响试验和分析精度的诸因素如测点的选择,曲线拟合中的畸变,频率响应数据的不等精度等等,进行了比较全面的论述,构造了适用于大型或复杂结构参数识别的微计算机方法——Z—F方法,编制了相应的计算程序MPI,井用Z—F法对某螺纹磨床的振动模态进行了识别和分析,指出了该机床结构上的一些脆弱点,为改进设计提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 Thread grinding machines, one of the precise machine tools, is mainly used in machining a variety of cylinder and cone threads of high accuracy. The natural vibration of the system which consists of ma- chine--grinding wheel--workpiece is the main reason causing grinding vib- ration and restricticting the rise in productivity, and also the main factor affecting the surface quality of machining workpiece. Therefore, this ar- ticle studied the natural vibration characteristic of the thread grinding machine by means of test model analysis. On the method of test and analysis, considering the high accuracy requirement of precise machine tools, this paper deals comprehensively with the factors, such as the choice of measuring points, the distortion in curve fitting, the unegual accuracy of frequency response data, which affect the accuracy of test and analysis. In view of the above, author developed the Z--F method using microcomputers which is suitable to the parameter identification for large and complicated structures, drew up the corresponding computer program MPI. The paper identified and analysed the vibration model of a certain thread grinding machine with Z--F method, and pointed out some. weak points in the structure of the machine, thereore provided the theoretical basis for improving design.
