【摘要】 本法获得了841C71、841C72两个分泌抗霍乱弧菌菌体抗原单克隆抗体(MAb)的杂交瘤细胞株。其培养上清抗体滴度为1∶8～1∶64,小鼠腹水抗体滴度为1∶1280～1∶5120。与霍乱弧菌小川型的反应滴度在1∶80～1∶160之间,但不与水弧菌及大肠杆菌等肠道杆菌发生交叉反应。此二株细胞产生的MAb为IgG类。更多还原

【Abstract】 Spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with vibrio choleral Inaba somatic antigens were fused with SP2/O-Ag14 murine myeloma cells.Two hybridoma cell lines(841C71 and 841C72)producing monoclonal antibodies(MAb)against vibrio cholerae somatic antigen have been established.In enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),passive bemagglutination test and microtiter-bactericidal test with immunizing V.cholerae demonstrated that the titers of antibody against Inaba in culture Supernatant and mice ascites were 1:8—1:64 and 1:1280—1:5120,respectively.Although the titers of antibody against ogana in the mice ascites ranged between 1:8 and 1:160,the MAb had necrois-reaction with NAg vibrio and enterobacilli.更多还原
