苯二元氯化反应定向性的研究
A Study of Orientation Property on Binary Chlorination of Benzene
【摘要】 苯二元氯化反应的产物——1,2—二氯苯与1,4—二氯苯——为有机合成的重要中间体。作者在综合与分析国内外有关文献资料的基础上,通过实验得出对于苯二元氯化反应的一系列理想的反应条件。实验结果显示:(1)HG—305混合催化剂对于苯的二元氯化具有优良的定向能力;(2)影响该反应的主要因素为氯气与苯的摩尔比,反应液的增重,反应温度,氯气流速,催化剂的成分比例、用量及含水量,搅拌效率等。
【Abstract】 The products of binary Chlorination reaction of benzene——1, 2-and1, 4-dichlorobenzene——are important intermediates for or-ganic synthesis. On the basis of Summarizing and digesting the literaturegconcerning the subject both foreign and domestic in the laboratorywork, We have found a series of ideal reaction conditions on the binarychlorination reaction of benzene. Experimental results Show: (1)HG-305 mixed catalyst has excellent oriented power on the binary chlorina tionreaction of benzene;(2)The main factors ?hich affect the reaction aremolar ratio of chlorine to benzene; reactive liquid-weight increased;reaction temperature; the speed of flow of the chlorine; componentratio,quantity and water-content of catalyst used; the stirring efficiency etc.
