【摘要】 本文对鲚属鱼类刀鲚Coilia ectenes ectenes、短颌鲚 C.brachygnathus、太湖湖鲚C.ectenes taihuensis的肝脏、生殖腺和肌肉组织中乳酸脱氫酶(LDH)同工酶及肌浆蛋白电泳的研究,根据酶谱的异同,刀鲚和太湖湖鲚较为近似,亲缘关系近,而与短颔鲚差异较为明显,亲缘关系较远,这与形态学分类结果相一致。肌浆蛋白电泳图谱比较稳定,明显地显示出种间差异,可作为鱼类分类中进行多指标筛选方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents a suryev of lactate dehydrogenase isozymes and electrophoresis of myogen in three species of Coilia. Various tissues vrere analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, including liver, gonad and muscle. the LDH isozyme pattern of Coilia ectenes ectenes is similar to C. ectenes taihuensis, but strikingly different from C. brachygnathus Coilia. Which show evolutionary divergenece and well agree with the results of systematic studies based on their morphological characteristics.
