【Abstract】 The investigation in the effect on the solution of UBET by the element number and the velocity field is conducted with the analysis of the defo -rmation in axisymmetric upset under serval friction conditions.The possibility of analysing the distribution of stress and strain by using UBET is also explored in the paper.The results show that the scope of application of UBET to the process of axisymmetric upset is about the same as that of the upper bound method.更多还原
