不同煤种精选煤的干磨料磨损的研究

【摘要】 作者用不同煤种的煤在橡胶轮试验机上对不同硬度的材料作磨损试验,对煤的磨损机理进行了研究。研究表明:煤对各种材料的磨损可分为软磨料磨损和硬磨料磨损,软磨料磨损和硬磨料磨损的耐磨性转折点因煤种不同而异。煤的硬磨料磨损方式在H_a/H_m较高时主要是滚动碾压;在H_a/H_m较低时主要是犁沟和切削;在煤的软磨料磨损中,微量硬矿物对材料的划伤占主导地位;有时也可能发生疲劳磨损。

【Abstract】 Abrasive wear mechanisms of material abraded by coal was studied. Wear tests were made in a RWAT tester with metal of different hardness by floated coal of different kinds. The results show that the wear caused by coal particles can be divided into hard abrasive wear and soft abrasive wear. The transitional points of the two types of wear are different for different kinds of coal. The hard abrasive wear is primarily making crater in higher H_a/H_m region and ploughing and cutting in lower H_a/H_m region. In the soft abrasive wear of coal, the scratching of some tiny hard mineral inclusion play an important part,and sometimes fatigue wear and melting of asperities may also occur.
