天然麻黄素的膜法提取

【摘要】 应用膜法进行了从天然麻黄草中提取麻黄素的实验,并提出了一条合理可行的生产工艺路线。采用膜法脱色取代了传统的活性碳脱色;利用膜法浓缩取代了传统的苯提和减压蒸镏两个步骤。动力形成膜对色素的去除率可达96.7%以上,产率786.2 1/D.m~2;用膜法浓缩,麻黄素阻留率为98.2%,产率为222.5 1/D·m~2。膜处理段的一次性麻黄素收率可达98.1%。实验证明,膜法提取麻黄素在技术上是合理的,生产上是可行的。与传统工艺相比,膜法提取麻黄素成本低,收率高,质量好,生产安全可靠.具有经济竞争力.

【Abstract】 Experiment of ephadrine extracted from Ephadra equisetina were performed used by membrane process,and it presented a feasible line of work process.The traditional decoloured method i.e activated car- bon is replaced by membrane process.The two steps including the tradi- tional extraction with benzol and vacuumdjstillation both replaced by mem- brane-process concentration.The pigment rejection and productivity in dyna- mic formed membrane can achieved up to 96.7% and 786.2 1/m~2.D,respec- tively;In the membrane process of ephadrine concentration,it can be ob- tained a trapped rate of 98.2% and a productivity of 222.5I/m~2.D.The epha- drine recovery in one stage of membrane-process section can be up to 98.1%.Experiment results provided that the ephadrine extraction of mem- brane process is reasonable technically,and is feassible in produce.In comparation of traditional work-process,the membrane process of ephadrine extraction is of low cost,high recovery,good quality,reliable in pro- duce,and high competition in economics.
