电解渗硫层的摩擦磨损特性及其在轴瓦轴套上的应用
The Firction and Wear Characteristics of an Electrolytic -Sulfurized Layer and Its Application to Large Axile Bushes and Sleeves
【摘要】 低温电解渗硫工艺(简称渗硫)是一种电化学反应热处理新技术。处理后的零件表面形成一层固体润滑膜,在干摩擦或油润滑条件下均有优良的耐磨特性。 本文分析了渗硫原理,渗硫组织结构及渗硫层用于轴瓦、轴套的可行性,并着重介绍了渗硫层的摩擦磨损特性。实验及实际应用结果表明,普通灰铸铁(HT20—04)轴瓦、轴套经渗硫后完全可以取代耐磨性较好的铝青铜(2QAl10-3-15)轴瓦、轴套。
【Abstract】 Low temperature electrolytic-sulturized Frocess is a new electrochemical heat treatment technique. A solid lubricating layer, which has excellent wear resistance under dry friction or oil lubricated conditions, was formed at the sulfurized surfaceThe principle of the sulfurization,the microstructure of the sulfurizedlayer and the possibility of application to bushes and sleeves, hare been analyzed.The friction and wear characteristics of the sulfurized layerare emphasized. The results of experiments and practical application indicate that the sulfurized gray cast iron(HT20~40)bushes and sleeves is perfectly substituted for a wear resistant Al-bronzed ( ZQA110-3-1 5 ) bushes and sleeves.
