【Abstract】 The total acidity of Rose-Sweet red grape juice, North-Alcohol red grape juice and model deep red grape juice (mixed by ourselves) has deen determined by indicators of phenol red and phenol phthalein. It proved that the jcolour-changn of the terminal points with the counter-titration is distinct, and the error of the counter-titration is smaller with phenol red than phenol phthalein.更多还原
