【Abstract】 Naristillae (nasal drops) consists of Brij 58, stearic acid and crystalline insulin. It was dripped into tile nasal cavities of a group of rabbits, and then their blood sugar concentrations were determined at regular intervals. A reduction in the blood sugar concentration was observed 30 minutes after the administration and the lowest value was reached in 60 minutes. The hypoglycaemic effect lasted over two hours.更多还原
